Fincademy

The Fincademy Mobile App is an extension of the Fincademy web portal, which is the e-learning tool of Hero FinCorp. Through this mobile app, the employees of Hero FinCorp will be able to learn from any time, anywhere. They can now access the e-courses on their smartphones and learn at their own pace.

The users can view the list of all available training within e-Learning, Functional & Behavioural domains. The users can thus get a comprehensive view of all the training available to the employees at different levels within the organization.

Within e-Learning, users can now complete their e-modules over their smartphones. Both the mobile app and the web portal are synced with each other. This means that if one has started reading an e-module over the web and finishes only suppose 50% of it over the web, then, he/She will also be able to resume the course from where he/she left over his mobile phone and vice versa. Not only this, but the user will also be able to fill in the feedback form following every e-course using their mobile phones. Users can also complete the assessment and download the certificate over the mobile app.

In Functional & Behavioural training, users can view the list of training enrolled to them- both the past training that they have undergone and the upcoming training they have been enrolled into. The users will also be able to complete their Pre-Assessment, Post Assessment, and Feedback using this mobile app.

The Mobile app also comes with a Chat feature, using which employees can search other employees in their contacts list and initiate a chat with each other. A user can edit his/her profile pic on the app using the feature available in My Account option.

Overall, the Fincademy mobile app will provide more flexibility to HFCL employees in terms of learning & development. The employees now need not be dependent on their laptops/desktops to complete their learning courses and instead can complete it while on the go.
